It's been a while, hasn't it? I haven't posted since the early part of 2009. That's my bad. I got busy?
Much has happened since then:
- I slept a lot
- I ate a bunch of food
- Our dogs cost us more money than is reasonable
- We bought a house and moved super close to the Canadian border
- We went to California
- I went to Texas
- Other stuff I can't remember

I have another topic I want to post on later, but I need to come up with direct quotes, citations and a cleverer title before I do that. It involves heat...or an entire regions skewed perspective of all things sunlight. Instead, now I post brief ruminations about things that are interesting, but only just:
Sightseeing

Today Sarah and I are going to take Tori to see just about anything in the city that she wants to see, and this weekend we're off to ride a ferry, see Snoqualmie pass/falls and do some other touristy stuff. That works out nicely, because then we get to do the touristy stuff, even though we live here now.
No Mount Rainier or Pacific Ocean on this trip, sadly. They are both farther away than we initially imagined, and can't bring ourselves to have the boys crated that long.
Pie Crust.

Chopin + Coffee + Free Wifi - Car Service = Acceptable
Submitted by bradfucious on Sat, 28/02/2009 - 10:30.
I'm at Toyota today, preparing to spend far more money than is likely necessary, just to keep my car on the up-and-up.
The only thing making this even remotely palatable is the fact that I've got Chopin playing on the touch, a mug full of hot coffee from home and there is free - and decently fast - wifi for customers to use.s
Sarah and I have our first dog-free weekend in who knows how long, and this is how I start the day...sitting in a cramped waiting room on a stiff chair, hoping that everything checks out on my car and I don't have to spend more than I'm expecting.
